How do I use my Ticket?
Once you have completed your booking, you will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.
How often do the tours run?
The tours, that are available on a particular day, are shown on the website but will generally run approximately every 30 minutes, subject to availability.
Do I have to book in advance?
Tickets will be available to purchase on the day, subject to availability. Spaces cannot be guaranteed on the day so it is advisable to pre book.
What time should I arrive?
You must arrive 10 minutes before your tour starts. Please report to the Reception Desk with your ticket and we will direct you to the tour area. Each tour will start promptly and unfortunately we cannot wait for late arrivals.
What happens if I have to cancel or am late for the tour?
Customers who fail to show for their tour (or arrive late) will forfeit their tickets and cannot be issued a refund. Tickets are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
Is a Group discount offered?
We are happy to make reservations for groups (over 10 people) and can be contacted on Reservations@TeelingWhiskey.com or ++353 1 5310888 for details.
Can children take part in the tour?
Yes – under 18 year olds are welcome to take part in the tour but must be accompanied by an adult. They will be offered a soft drink as an alternative to the whiskey tasting. Tickets for under 18 year old should be requested through email@example.com or ++ 353 1 5310888. As the tour is conducted in a working distillery our tour is not suitable for children under 2 years of age.
Can I buy whiskey at the Distillery?
Yes – we have a retail area where our full range of whiskeys will be available to taste or purchase. Logged gift items will also be available. There is a café for snacks and refreshments either before or after your tour.
